Whether he is doing a session in a client's home or grabbing lunch at his favorite restaurant, Seasons 52, he is always dedicated to his healthy lifestyle. His best piece of advice for us? "Don't keep eating until you're full, eat until you're satisfied. It takes 20 minutes to feel full after you eat, so eat slowely!"
